A social enterprise that aims to increase women’s participation in the economy, business & startups both in Pakistan and regionally. CIRCLE is based on the belief that investing in women is the smartest economic venture of today and brings stakeholders to make progress on SDGs 5, 8 and 17. Sadaffe was founding team member, COO and later CEO of Kashf Foundation, a Forbes 50 global MFI that she helped grow from two rooms to serve 300,000 clients and disburse USD 200M in micro loans to women clients in Pakistan. Sadaffe is INSEAD’s Social Entrepreneur-in-Residence. She is an advisor for the Dell Women Entrepreneurs Network DWEN, on the board of Pakistan Microfinance Network, UN Women Pakistan Civil Society Forum and Indus Earth. She completed her Masters at the Harvard Kennedy School, Advanced Management Program at INSEAD and her B.A. at Mount Holyoke College. She is a recipient of the Mount Holyoke Alumni Achievement Award for her service. Her work at Kashf has been highlighted in Nicholas Kristoff’s book, Half the Sky and Isobel Coleman’s, Paradise Beneath Her Feet.
